In order to build a listed company in Hengyang City, in December 2020, the Hengyang Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and Zhuhui District Party Committee and District Government introduced foreign-funded enterprises Hengyang Aijie Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aijie Technology"). On December 31, 2020, Hengyang Aijie Technology Co., Ltd. acquired the effective assets and all intangible assets of Hunan Yuhua Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuhua Group") and accepted & placed employees. Aijie Technology's production address (site), legal representative, production process (system), production equipment, production personnel (including management, technical and inspection personnel) and the use of trademarks are consistent with the original Yuhua Group, and there is no change.
The original Yuhua Group production address "Yuhua Avenue, Jinjialing, Zhuhui District, Hengyang City, Hunan Province" and the current production address of Aijie Technology "Jinjialing, Zhuhui District, Hengyang City, Hunan Province" are the same address.
