1、物理性质：
碳酸氢钠为白色结晶粉未、无毒、味咸，可用作食品添加剂。溶于水，不溶于乙醇，溶于水溶液。呈弱碱性，在空气中较易潮解，加热易分解，放出二氧化碳。密度为2.16~2.22g/cm3。

Product properties
(1)physical property
white crystal powder,non-toxic,salty in taste,soluble in water and aqueous solution,insoluble in ethanol,alkalescence,deliquescent in the air,easily labile at high temperature,release carbon dioxide.Its densityis2.16-2.22g/cm3.
化学性质
1.能与酸反应：凡是比碳酸强的酸，就能与小苏打反应。生成相应的钠盐、二氧化碳和水，如与盐酸反应：NaHCO3+HCI=NaCl+H20+CO2↑
2.水溶液呈碱性：小苏打是一种强碱弱酸盐，它的水溶液呈碱性。
NaHCO3+H2O+NaOH+H2CO3
3.加热易分解：小苏打在高温时易分解成碳酸钠和二氧化碳，纯碱即由此反应制得。NaHCO3=△NaCO3+H2O+CO2↑
2、Chemical property
(1)React with an acid:any acid has stronger acidity than carbonic acid can react with sodium bicarbonate to form sodium salt,carbon dioxide
and water.For example,sodium bicarbonate reacts with hydrochloric acid:
NaHCO3+HCI=NaCL+H20+CO2
(2 Its aqueous solution is alkaline:sodium bicarbonate is a kind of strongly alkaline week acid salt,its aqueous solution is alkaline.
(3) Easily labile at high temperature:sodium bicarbonate is easily resolved into sodium carbonate and carbon dioxide.
(二)产品适用范围
主要用于食品发酵、制药、制革、选矿、冶炼、灭火剂、饲料添加剂、螺旋藻养殖、日化、橡胶、染料、石油、环保等领域。

25公斤或50公斤复膜纺织袋（牛皮袋)，内衬一层塑料袋。吨包装袋等（有特殊包装要求可洽谈）。

(2)活性强：本公司生产的小苏打是一种高活性小苏打，具有很高的化学活性和反应速度，溶解速度快；活性小苏打晶体为一种大颗粒的立方
体结构，结晶疏松，堆积比重在0.5~0.95g/c3。活性小苏打用于轻工，化工合成（如染料，糖精钠)等领域比普通小苏打可提高单产20%左
右。
(3)白度高：本公司生产的话性小苏打还具有较高的白度，一般可达到93%左右，最高可达到95%，可用于对白度有特殊要求的单位。
(4)规格全：本公司生产的活性小苏打颗粒分布范围广，最粗的达到20-40目，最细的800-1000目，目前我司产品按颗粒大小分为20目、60目、80目、120目及800目以上多种规格。0-60目产品适用在高端洗衣粉、泡，腾片、清洗行业及石油压井。60-100目产品适用在饲料、染料、选矿、污水处理及医药中间体，不容易板结，减少粉尘污染；80-120目产品适用用食品发酵行业。120-200目产品适用于制革、消防灭火剂、橡胶行业及螺旋藻养殖等；600-800目以上产品适应于精细打磨及弱碱添充。
本公司生产的小苏打与普通小苏打相比，具有活性高，颗粒粗，白度高，难结块，流动性好等特点。
